Job Title:
Safety Excellence LeadThis role will be based in Melbourne, Australia. It is a hybrid position that requires working at least two to three days a week in the office.
The Safety Excellence Lead will work closely with client counterparts and workplace managers to deliver professional and technical occupational health and safety advice and guidance to meet strategic safety objectives.
- Develop and mentor OHS professionals
- Travel around central and remote Victorian sites
- Collaborate with highly skilled internal and external teams
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Applying well-developed specialist knowledge in providing consulting and risk management services to clients and internal teams
- Providing operational oversight to allocated portfolios of client workplaces
- Leading, mentoring, developing, and managing OHS professionals to deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes for clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and client executives on projects
