You will be responsible for developing inclusive organisational policies, designing impactful training, leading projects, and partnering with other teams.

- Demonstrated Commitment to Inclusive Practice
- Strong Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Frameworks
- Experience in Policy Development, Training Delivery, or Project Management
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- SCHADS Schedule B and Level 5.1 – $51 per hour

- Salary Packaging of up to $15,900
