Job Overview
Our Indigenous Consulting Academy aims to bridge the gap in consulting representation through innovative training and support.
Participants will work on real client projects, receive formal mentoring and professional development from First Nations leadership and employee groups, and have opportunities to build their skills and network in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights and drive business outcomes using analytical capabilities.
- Develop project management skills by planning, executing, and overseeing projects efficiently.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and persuasion.
- Align solutions with business objectives and drive growth through strategic thinking.
Requirements
- Be of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.
- Have a willingness to learn new skills and step out of your comfort zone.
- Be open to working within teams on projects across the country.
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency.
