About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Certification Program Manager to create and lead our global certification program. This is a unique opportunity to design, implement and grow our certification framework from the ground up. This is your chance to:

  • Develop learning pathways from foundation through to advanced skills.
  • Collaborate with training experts, sales teams, and product specialists to create fair and credible competency standards.
  • Oversee the full certification lifecycle – from registration and testing through to issuing certifications and managing fee structures.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the program across resellers, enterprises, universities, and industry bodies.
  • Continuously refine certification standards based on feedback, research, and industry trends.

About You

You are a natural program builder with a proven track record in certification, training, or skills assessment, ideally in software or technology. Your strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams will set you up for success. Other requirements are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Project Management, or similar.
  • Experience developing both theoretical and practical assessments.
  • Excellent organisation, quality assurance, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with LMS platforms.
  • An understanding of the mining sector is a bonus.
