About The Opportunity

Develop and lead our global certification program – a role where you set the benchmark for competency in the use of industry-leading software. This is a unique opportunity to design, implement and grow a certification framework from the ground up. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating learning pathways from foundation through to advanced skills
  • Collaborating with training experts, sales teams, and product specialists to create fair and credible competency standards
  • Overseeing the full certification lifecycle – from registration and testing through to issuing certifications and managing fee structures
  • Driving awareness and adoption of the program across resellers, enterprises, universities, and industry bodies
  • Continuously refining certification standards based on feedback, research, and industry trends

About You

Experience in certification, training or skills assessment, ideally in software or technology. Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Project Management, or similar
  • Experience developing both theoretical and practical assessments
  • Excellent organisation, quality assurance, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with LMS platforms
  • Understanding of the mining sector is beneficial
