Business Transformation Consultant

Drive business growth by developing and implementing end-to-end transformation solutions for government clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives that drive business growth and improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business transformation strategies across multiple government agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver transformation programs that meet client needs and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for transformation and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance and planning.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business transformation consulting, preferably within the Federal Government.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful transformation programs that drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
