Job Title: Air Freight Supervisor

Are you a skilled and experienced professional looking for a challenging role in air freight operations? We are currently seeking an Air Freight Supervisor to join our team.

**Job Description**:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the air freight department. This includes ensuring efficient operations, meeting objectives, and supervising the retrieval and processing of air documentation and freight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring efficient operation of the air department and meeting objectives
  • Modeling leadership and delegating effectively, knowledge sharing amongst team
  • Managing performance of team/individuals
  • Supervising the efficient retrieval and processing of air documentation and freight to ensure optimum delivery times
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal/external clients/stakeholders

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal/external clients/stakeholders, excellent communication skills, written and oral, and knowledge of relevant legislation and authorities which impact on your area of responsibility.
