About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator/Cost Planner to join our team at McNab. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed cost plans for construction projects, including multi-story residential, retail, and industrial developments.
  • Assess project details and client expectations on design and construct (D&C) projects, even when documentation is incomplete.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local subcontractors and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Work closely with operational team members to develop tender programs and improve buildability.
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct post-tender negotiations and prepare contract and costing documentation for construction teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
