About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator/Cost Planner to join our Brisbane team. This individual will be responsible for developing strategies to win work and collaborating with colleagues to achieve success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost planning and estimating, with experience working on a wide range of projects, including multi-story residential, retail, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost planning and estimating strategies to win work
  • Collaborate with operational team members on tender programs and buildability
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, bills of quantities, and tender submissions
  • Conduct post-tender negotiations and prepare contract and costing documentation
  • Have confidence to be client-facing and build strong relationships with local subcontractors and clients
