Job Opportunity: Senior Estimator/Cost Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator/Cost Planner to join our Brisbane team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop cost plans and estimates for a range of projects, including multi-story residential, retail, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost plans and estimates for projects
  • Assess project details and client expectations to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Build relationships with local subcontractors and understand the local market
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, bills of quantities, and tender submissions
  • Conduct post-tender negotiations and prepare contract and costing documentation
  • Work closely with operational team members on tender programs and buildability
