Building Certification Expert

Focusing on the timely completion and submission of construction documentation, including Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates, Crown Certificates and Building Code of Australia assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all certificates are submitted within the required timeframe.
  • Attending site inspections and client meetings to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Providing expert advice on building compliance to a wide range of clients.
  • Investigating and resolving customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with team members to drive business improvement strategies.
  • Assisting senior staff in mentoring junior team members.
  • Representing the organization at industry events, functions and seminars as required.

About You:

  • You will bring extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in building certification, with an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma in Building Surveying or Bachelor in Construction Management, are highly regarded.
  • Industry experience assessing and determining construction certificates for various classes of buildings is essential.
  • A strong safety mindset and Construction Induction Card are mandatory.
  • A current drivers licence and legal work rights in Australia are also required.
