We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who holds a restricted (all classes of building) registration with NSW Fair Trading. You will lead, assist and manage Class 2 to 9 building projects, ensuring timely completion of Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates, Crown Certificates and Building Code of Australia assessments.

  • Focusing on efficient project delivery, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders
  • Attending site inspections and client meetings, promoting effective communication and collaboration
  • Providing high-quality building compliance advice, resolving complex issues and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Investigating and resolving customer requests, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Contributing to business improvement strategies, driving innovation and excellence
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Building Surveying or Bachelor in Construction Management, or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of building certification, codes and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Highly organized and efficient, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
