We are seeking an experienced Registered Building Certifier/Surveyor to join our NSW Commercial Certification team. Our team is based in Sydney, Central Coast, and Newcastle offices.
As part of our sustained growth, we have opportunities available for Registered Building Certifiers / Surveyors to work across a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
This role will involve assessing and determining Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates, Crown Certificates, and Building Code of Australia assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and assisting on a large variety of Class 2 to 9 building projects
- Attending site inspections and client meetings
- Providing building compliance advice to clients
- Investigating and resolving customer requests
- Involved in business improvement strategies
- Assisting Team Leaders in mentoring junior staff
- Representing the company at industry events as required
You will need to hold either a restricted (all classes of building) registration (A2) with NSW Fair Trading and have extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in building certification.
Relevant qualifications, such as Diploma in Building Surveying, Bachelor in Construction Management, or other recognized qualifications, are essential.
A strong safety mindset, current driver's license, and legal work rights in Australia are also required.
