Building Certification Specialist

This role is part of the Building Compliance team, ensuring development assessment, building certification, and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver timely and effective building certification and development assessment services.
- Investigate unauthorized or non-compliant works, applying relevant legislation and codes.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on certification and compliance matters.
- Manage workload to meet service delivery standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying or a related field.
- Registered Building Surveyor under NSW Fair Trading requirements.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
- Extensive experience in building surveying, including roles as Certifying Authority and Principal Certifier.
The salary range for this opportunity starts at $93,583 + Car Allowance or Leaseback Vehicle + 12% super.
