Building Certification Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced Building Certification Specialist to manage end-to-end building application assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews in Sydney and Brisbane.

About the Role

  • Provide expert advice to clients on building certifications and regulations.
  • Prepare quotations, attend project meetings, and maintain clear communication throughout.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and leveraging specialised services in commercial and tenancy certification.

Your Qualifications

  • Hold Level 1 (L1) or Level 2 (L2) accreditation/licence and at least 3 years of assessments, inspections, and certification work across commercial/industrial projects (Classes 2-9).
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in NCC, and NSW and/or QLD state legislation.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills, excellent organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
