This part-time opportunity supports the development of inclusive and accessible health services within our region. The role is designed to work collaboratively with volunteers, community groups, and staff to enhance service quality and connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Quality and Safety team to develop and maintain NHW's Consumer Engagement and Volunteer Frameworks.
