As a Home Care Worker, you will be providing care and support to older members of our community who want to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
We are seeking a person with at least 3 months experience in a similar professional role to join our team in the Caboolture QLD area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide home help services such as general housekeeping, making beds, cleaning, mopping, vacuuming floors, washing, folding and ironing laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Assist clients with personal care services such as getting them out of bed, showered and dressed for the day, assisting with medications, mobility, and therapy goals.
- Provide social and emotional support to clients and their families.
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
- Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts.
- Award rate plus Super and paid KM's.
