Job Description:

As an Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for motivating and empowering clients to take steps towards meaningful employment.

A day in the life may include:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with experience in customer service or a client-facing role. Ideally, you have demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges. You should be happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.

Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers is also essential.

Additionally, you must hold a current Drivers Licence and be willing to undertake on-the-job training as well as ongoing career development.
