**Employment Services Professional**
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Employment Services Professional to join our team. As an Employment Services role, you will be motivating and empowering clients to take steps towards meaningful employment.
About the OpportunityThis is a full-time on-site position that requires compassion, tenacity, and creative problem-solving skills. You will work with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- Provide exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Ability to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- A desire to be part of our broader organisation and believe in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
- Hold a current Driver's Licence;
- No prior employment services experience necessary.
