We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team of Home Care Workers. This role involves providing assistance to elderly clients in their own homes, promoting their well-being and autonomy.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for supporting clients with daily activities such as showering, dressing, and toileting. You will also assist with medication routines, household tasks, and social outings.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients with daily living tasks
- Assist with medication management
- Help with household chores and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Contribute to the development and review of individualized care plans
To be suitable for this position, you will need:
- A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- The ability to use a smartphone and basic apps
- Strong communication skills in English
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Assist clients with medication Certificate - HLTHPS006
