Are you a driven and charismatic hospitality professional seeking a new challenge in the fast-paced events industry?

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant/Waitstaff to join our team, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during large functions and events.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling cash transactions, and have the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.

As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dietary requirements are met, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and working closely with our kitchen teams to ensure smooth operation of events.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all dietary requirements are met and special requests are accommodated
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure smooth operation of events
  • High standard of grooming, presentation and communication

Requirements:

  • Previous Event, Functions or Banqueting experience is essential
  • Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage attendant or Waiter
  • Current NSW RSA and drivers license
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
