Administrative Assistant Role

This role plays a vital support function in the smooth delivery of our end-to-end property process. You'll work closely with our Compliance & Workflow Lead and Sales Operations Manager to ensure workflows are up to date, documents are accurate, and our builder and customer teams have everything they need.

Responsibilities include administrative support across sales and builder processes, workflow coordination, office administration, system upkeep, and continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Complete day-to-day admin duties, including document uploads and system updates
  • Workflow Coordination: Work with the Compliance & Workflow Lead to ensure workflows are followed and updated as needed
  • Office Administration: Keep office supplies stocked and organised, coordinate basic office tasks, and maintain general ad hoc tasks
  • System Upkeep: Maintain builder files, contract documents, and project assets with proper version control
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify small inefficiencies and suggest improvements, embrace smarter tools and templates to make admin more efficient and scalable
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of administration experience, ideally in construction, property, client services, or office admin
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through, you spot the small things others miss
  • A solution-focused attitude, if something isn't working, you want to help fix it
  • Confidence with Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and workflow tools like Monday.com or HubSpot
  • Excellent task and time management, you're organised, efficient, and love a checklist
  • Clear and professional communicator, both in writing and in person
  • A team-first, hands-on mindset, you're happy to pitch in with anything from spreadsheets to stocktakes
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, you want to build a career, not just do a job
