Store Operations Director

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the Store Manager role at our Melbourne store. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key part in driving sales and business performance, customer engagement, and team coaching and development.
The Key Responsibilities- Sales and Performance: Strategically drive sales growth and achievement of KPIs, focusing on optimal results in sales targets, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve high-performance standards in KPIs and added-value targets across stores.
- Daily Operations: Closely monitor store sales, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement, while adhering to daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
- Wage Management: Effectively manage wage costs in-store, meeting weekly wage targets and adhering to company rostering standards.
- Career Development: Coach and mentor your team members to maintain high morale and encourage individual growth through training and succession planning.
- OH&S Management: Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to relevant state and national legislation.
