School Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a School Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of school buildings and grounds, creating a safe environment for students, teachers, and staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Buildings and Grounds: You will be responsible for undertaking routine maintenance and repair work on school buildings and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, and general trade maintenance.
  • Equipment Operation: You will operate machinery and equipment related to building maintenance, ensuring that they are in good working order.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to work with colleagues and management to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Trade Background: A trade background is desirable, but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Current Licences: You must hold a current driver's licence and be able to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
