About the Role

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating highly qualified sales leads and securing face-to-face meetings for Brennan's Customer Team BDMs. This will be achieved through research, discovery, nurture, and qualification of prospective leads/contacts using a well-defined outbound prospecting process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact businesses and private individuals to promote products and services
  • Explain the product or service to potential customers
  • Deliver a scripted sales pitch to customers
  • Handle customer questions
  • Obtain customer information
  • Record customer details
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
  • Capture call details and appointments in CRM
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers
  • Contact customers to follow-up on initial interaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in similar SDR, sales, or customer support experience
  • A successful track record of prospecting
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain phone-based relationships
  • Passion for customer service
  • Professional and well-structured written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in organisation and time management
