About the Role
  • Participate actively in all Committee meetings to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Contribute expert insights to the Committee, fostering informed discussions.
  • Facilitate the creation of draft CEO performance criteria and review methodology, promoting alignment with organizational goals.

The Independent Member will be entitled to a sitting fee per meeting and reimbursement of travel expenses. The selection criteria include:

  • Demonstrated experience in human resource management and leadership, driving business success.
  • A strong track record in senior roles within business and/or the public sector, demonstrating strategic acumen.
  • Experience working with boards or other governance bodies, ensuring effective collaboration.
