We are seeking a skilled professional to join our committee as an Independent Member. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the CEO Employment and Remuneration Committee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documentation for approval, including reports and contractual documents.
  • Maintain records regarding the CEO's performance plan and reviews.
  • Review the CEO's remuneration package and employment conditions.

About You:

  • You should have human resource management experience and leadership skills in areas such as recruitment, benchmarking, performance management, and executive-level staff development.
  • Senior roles in business and/or public sectors would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with boards or governance bodies is essential.
What We Offer:
  • A sitting fee per meeting, inclusive of attendance, research, and preparation time.
  • Reimbursement of travel costs where applicable, at relevant ATO rates.

This two-year appointment offers flexibility, with options for extensions.
