We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in our industrial products division.

Job Description

This is a high-impact role that requires a motivated and results-driven individual to manage key relationships within a major Queensland territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B account management and business development, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing, mining, and heavy equipment sectors.

Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and addressing customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers, developing and executing plans to meet and exceed sales targets, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver value and solutions to new and existing accounts.

Key performance indicators will include sales revenue growth, trading margin contribution, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B account management and/or business development
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with strong local existing relationships
  • Desire to engage face-to-face with customers, delivering effective sales solutions
  • Proactive and driven to not only meet but exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across different teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM experience
