Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

About the Role

As Director of Educational Programs, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing curriculum that reflects best practice in early childhood education
  • Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
  • Maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and the local community
  • Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Working with Vulnerable People registration
  • At least one year experience or ability to demonstrate capability and capacity to be an effective leader
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework
