Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, ensuring smooth execution of production orders and meeting business contractual commitments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with electrical & fastening production work on site and in the field
  • Ensure production workflow complies to EH&S guidelines
  • Oversee production assets to ensure equipment is serviced at recommended intervals
  • Responsible for accuracy and timely completion of work orders with optimal use of resources
  • Coordinate production schedules on a daily and weekly basis to meet customer work order requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site
  • Manage business in accordance with quality standards
  • Act as a point of escalation for problems/issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Establish and maintain cooperative business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor expenses and assets to meet assigned goals
  • Maintain systematic audit trails to keep accurate inventory in the production cell
  • Generate manufacturing-related metrics as requested by management
  • Strive to improve efficiency and quality of the operation through processes and procedures to meet ongoing and future demand
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate Diploma in Production/Engineering or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of production methodology and equipment maintenance
  • Restricted Electrical license preferred
  • Good computer literacy, ERP exposure a plus
  • Good communication skills
