About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering people transformation projects that drive business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and managing capability development programs on strategy, finance, leadership, and innovation
  • Facilitating senior-level workshops to develop business, leadership, or innovation skills
  • Managing change within regional blue-chip clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent project leadership skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. You should also have strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different teams and practices.
