Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping end-to-end business solutions across major transformation initiatives.

  • Closely collaborate with programme, project, and change managers as well as stakeholders at all levels to deliver business value through thoughtful analysis and design.
  • Maintain alignment across a portfolio of known changes to ensure consistency with strategic objectives and overarching business plans.
  • Apply human-centred design (HCD), customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), and design thinking methodologies throughout the solution lifecycle.

  • Ensure that programme and project business solutions are grounded in best practice business and process architecture while being informed by both customer feedback and business insights.

  • Identify cross-programme dependencies, synergies, and opportunities with a particular focus on integrating technology solution elements effectively.

To excel in this role, you will bring extensive hands-on experience managing complex programmes where analytical rigour meets creative problem-solving. Your background should include significant exposure to transformative projects involving overhauling processes or implementing new systems.

  • Demonstrated experience working on large-scale, multi-year programmes or projects involving significant complexity across different domains.
  • Proven exposure to a wide variety of project types including application development, process redesigns, regulatory changes, or operational improvements.
  • Solid understanding of general insurance industry practices along with relevant knowledge of associated regulations or market trends.
