As an Associate in our Culture, Brand and Strategy team, you'll play a key role in driving cutting-edge projects forward. You'll work closely with our eclectic team to deliver smart and creative solutions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • We're looking for someone who can analyse quantitative and qualitative data from engagement surveys to productivity metrics, uncovering meaningful insights and root causes that inform our strategies.
  • Our ideal candidate will be skilled at designing powerful presentations that transform complex data into clear, compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
  • Contributing to culture and employee experience initiatives is a key part of this role, as you'll support diagnostics, generate insights, and tell the story of what truly matters to people.
  • You'll schedule and facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to engage stakeholders effectively and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Developing evidence-based recommendations that challenge assumptions and support strategic business decisions with data-driven insights is a critical component of this role.
About You
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human Resources, Brand Communications, Business, or Data Science.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in a relevant role focused on People & Culture, Brand, or Strategy, ideally in consulting, agency or in-house settings, you'll bring a depth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential, as you'll need to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to inform our strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python is highly valued.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills are crucial, as you'll manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
