The Access Management Specialist will be responsible for managing processes related to physical identity access badge creation and maintenance of access control programs across corporate sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively partner with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in all aspects of work.
  • Monitor badge and access applications via Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd systems to ensure timely delivery and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments.
  • Partner with global teams to coordinate area access requests and ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage access levels creation, request, and modification in the Lenel access control system.
  • Serve as a point of contact with the Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO) for badging operations support.
  • Maintain accurate records of badging inventory and access levels across assigned corporate offices.
  • Collaborate with Area Access Managers to review restricted spaces and maintain audit access reports.
  • Conduct quarterly audits on badge access levels across assigned corporate offices.
  • Provide technical guidance for solution development and analyze different technology options.
  • Capture business requirements and workflows to develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions to meet customer needs.
  • Capture meeting minutes and action items.
  • Coordinate projects and manage stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Security Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience in access control/badging desired.
  • Knowledge of security systems and proficiency in English written and verbal skills.
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Client-oriented and results-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
