Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structures Site Supervisor to join a large-scale construction project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight and management of all construction site aspects: safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitoring work progress, ensuring high standards and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Supervision and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers.
  • Liaison with the project management team to meet project objectives.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Structures Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or 2 construction.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise large construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
