Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong data science capabilities and experience in designing, building, and deploying advanced analytical and machine learning solutions.

The Senior Consultant will work closely with our data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to deliver scalable and production-ready outcomes. They will also contribute to client engagements, including stakeholder workshops, delivery planning, and documentation.

Key responsibilities of the role include developing predictive and prescriptive models using structured and unstructured data, translating business challenges into actionable solutions, and designing robust experiments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of statistical inference, experimental design, and/or machine learning. They will also be proficient in Python and its data science ecosystem, as well as experienced in using Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks, or equivalent collaborative environments.

Core Experience And Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in applied data science or analytics
  • Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, XGBoost)
  • Strong grasp of statistical inference, experimental design and/or machine learning
  • Experience using Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks or equivalent collaborative environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ideally AWS or Azure
  • Skilled in writing efficient SQL for data exploration and modelling
  • Familiarity with version control, reproducibility and basic MLOps principles
  • Proven experience developing data science domain strategies, frameworks, or strategic roadmaps
