Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Science Leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical concepts, and programming skills in Python and SQL. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful AI or data products, with practical experience deploying models into production environments.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in employing SQL for effective data manipulation and extraction, with solid understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical concepts. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential, enabling you to clearly convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development of innovative AI solutions, leveraging cutting-edge techniques and technologies.
  • Architect and build sophisticated machine learning models and deep learning architectures to tackle complex business challenges.
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams, translating intricate business requirements into impactful data science solutions.
  • Design and execute data-driven experiments, rigorously testing hypotheses to inform and accelerate continuous improvement cycles.
  • Articulate complex data findings and strategic recommendations to diverse stakeholders through compelling visualisations and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
  • Expert proficiency in Python and its core data science ecosystem, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in employing SQL for effective data manipulation and extraction is evident.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical concepts, backed by hands-on experience in model development and experimentation.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful AI or data products, with practical experience deploying models into production environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to clearly convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
