Job Description

The role of Marketing Manager involves leading and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through aftersales services and activities.

This dynamic individual will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with stakeholders (OEM and dealers) to achieve agreed goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Delegating tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring the team meets their goals effectively.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to strengthen customer support and aftersales performance at retail level.
  • Equipping dealers with tools, training, and communication materials to enhance customer interaction and execution consistency.
  • Developing and rolling out customer-facing materials for Aftersales programs across the dealer network.
  • Maintaining a strong and unified brand identity by ensuring brand guideline compliance.
  • Defining clear goals and KPIs for dealer-facing initiatives, tracking performance, and adapting implementation in line with the overarching strategy.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end lead management process by defining, segmenting, and nurturing different lead types across the funnel to maximize conversion and customer lifetime value.
  • Developing and implementing data-driven lead management initiatives and targeted campaigns that drive quality leads, enhance customer engagement, and generate measurable sales revenue.

Campaign Development:

  • Planning and executing new campaigns to generate increased customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and loyalty through dealer aftersales.
  • Increasing accessory sales across the dealer network through regular initiatives/programs.

Digital Marketing:

  • Overseeing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Developing and implementing digital aftersales channels to build omnichannel capabilities and cater for various customer purchasing preferences.

Program Launches:

  • Leading the marketing execution for new aftersales program launches, coordinating efforts between OEM and the dealer network to ensure successful market introduction.

Engagement:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key OEMs & dealer stakeholders.
  • Representing the organization to the dealer network and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in automotive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
