Job Overview

BESIX Watpac is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead our team in Rockhampton and deliver a large processing facility project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate on-site activities, ensuring subcontractors have access to work areas, materials, and equipment.
  • Work with the Project Manager to allocate site resources and confirm availability.
  • Review the construction program, resequencing activities as needed to meet the programmed completion date.
  • Implement and enforce the Company's policies on safety, industrial relations, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with standards and contract documents.

Requirements

  • Relevant trade qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering construction projects.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to build and lead an effective team.
  • Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
