Job Title: Community Registered Nurse
About the RoleWe are seeking an unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse for a Community Registered Nurse role. This position offers autonomous community nursing across Perth, WA with shifts across 7 days between 7am and 10pm.
This opportunity allows for part-time and full-time employment, with a focus on afternoon shifts (12–8pm, 1–9pm or 5–9pm).
Key Responsibilities- Provide autonomous community nursing across 7 days between 7am and 10pm.
- Assess and respond to client deterioration and deliver personalized nursing care.
- Chronic wound care and negative pressure therapy; PICC care/dressing/removal; cannulation.
- Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and maintain a positive mindset.
- Continence and pediatric experience will be highly regarded where applicable.
- Utilize modern technology (iPad and phone) to perform your role.
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse (WA).
- Recent acute experience in hospital or community setting.
- Ability to spot client deterioration.
- Desirable: Chronic wound care and negative pressure therapy; PICC care/dressing/removal; cannulation.
- Continence and pediatric experience will be highly regarded.
- Flexible to afternoon shifts (12–8pm, 1–9pm or 5–9pm).
