We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care services team. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care.

Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will be invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality person-centred care to our residents, respecting their dignity and worth
  • Mentor and support colleagues to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration
  • Participate in effective communication with colleagues to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred care plans
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality person-centred care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
