Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, driving growth and market leadership for a dynamic and rapidly expanding premium beverage company in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a 5-year marketing strategy, focusing on brand growth and acquisition;
  • Overseeing a portfolio of over 100 SKUs, ensuring alignment with the broader company portfolio;
  • Collaborating closely with global teams, managing global oversight while leading a high-performing team;
  • Driving innovation in the beverage space, expanding presence in the APAC region, particularly in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and China;
  • Leading the internal agency model, ensuring global strategies are effectively localized and executed.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 10+ years' experience in marketing within the FMCG industry with a varied background beyond beverage;
  • Proven success in building differentiated brands and driving strong brand equity in a fast-paced market;
  • Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and leveraging the evolving landscape of consumer engagement;
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies;
  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of financial drivers within the FMCG and retail sectors;
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment;
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities to connect with audiences, effectively communicate complex messages, and foster deep consumer engagement;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
