Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of renewable energy projects, including solar farms, rooftop PV systems, and hybrid solutions.

This hands-on position requires coordinating with in-house engineers, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The successful candidate will be expected to visit sites, liaise directly with clients, and resolve issues quickly as they arise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of solar and renewable energy projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Report on project milestones and risks to management and clients.
  • Support tender responses and assist with development applications where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management construction, electrical, or renewable energy.
  • Trade background or engineering qualification highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards, CEC requirements, and WHS obligations.
  • Comfortable working on regional projects with occasional travel.

  • Possession of a relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and process enhancement.
