Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Channel Operations Specialist to join our Partner Enablement team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively across an organization to provide end-to-end solutions. They will also have a solid understanding of the product licensing process and be able to articulate complex technical solutions to customers.

This is a full-time hybrid fixed-term contract until February 2026, based in Melbourne office 3 days a week. The annual salary for this position is $120,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to partner and customer inquiries, including product, commercial, administrative, and reporting requests.
  • Create strong relationships with our partners through effective communication.
  • Support Strategic Partner Managers by generating reports, analysing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations.
  • Support global projects to increase engagement across Partners and resellers.
  • Support customer orders, purchase orders, cancellations, and payments.
