Senior Facilities Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead strategic property management for a diplomatic compound. As the primary contact, you will manage client relationships at senior levels and oversee comprehensive property operations.
The successful candidate will have strong financial acumen with budget management experience and excellent client service, stakeholder management, and communication skills. You will also have a tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate (preferred or in progress) and sound property management experience in complex or large-scale facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Strategic Asset Management: Oversee strategic asset management for mixed-use diplomatic facilities.
- Financial Planning: Manage financial planning for major capital works.
- Maintenance Programs: Direct maintenance programs to optimize asset lifecycles.
- Facilities Operations: Oversee the smooth operations of the facilities across soft services, facilities maintenance, management of capital works, and administration.
- Australian Citizenship: Be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our requirement to obtain and gain relevant security clearance.
- Relocation: Ability to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate (preferred or in progress) and sound property management experience in complex or large-scale facilities.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong financial acumen with budget management experience, excellent client service, stakeholder management, and communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
