Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care | Perth Metro
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facility Manager to lead a well-established residential aged care home in the Perth metropolitan area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, building strong teams, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for residents and their families.
As Facility Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and staff engagement.
This is a pivotal leadership position for someone who is both hands-on and strategic, with a genuine commitment to aged care excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management:Inspire, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centred care.
Operational Management:Oversee the effective running of the home, including staffing, compliance, resourcing, and resident satisfaction.
Financial Oversight:Work in partnership with senior leadership to manage budgets, monitor performance, and ensure operational sustainability.
Quality & Compliance:Maintain adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation requirements, and WHS legislation.
Continuous Improvement:Drive service improvements across clinical care, operations, and resident engagement.
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent clinical qualification).
Proven experience managing residential aged care (minimum 3+ years).
Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams.
In-depth understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding models (e.g. AN-ACC), and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in leading change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
