As a key player in shaping the future of real estate, we are seeking a visionary leader to oversee strategic property management for diplomatic compounds.

You will be based on-site at the Australian Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, and also manage remote satellite locations in Bali, Dili, Makassar, and Surabaya.

The Role

This role is responsible for leading comprehensive property operations while providing strategic decisions with upcoming capital projects. You will serve as the primary contact and manage client relationships at senior levels.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to optimize asset lifecycles through effective maintenance programs.

You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning for major capital works, ensuring seamless operations across soft services, facilities maintenance, management of capital works, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact and manage client relationships at senior levels.
  • Lead strategic asset management for mixed-use diplomatic facilities.
  • Oversee financial planning for major capital works.
  • Direct maintenance programs to optimize asset lifecycles.
  • Oversee the smooth operations of the facilities across soft services, facilities maintenance, management of capital works, and administration.
Requirements
  • An Australian Citizen in order to comply with security clearance requirements.
  • Ability to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate (preferred or in progress) will be an added advantage.
  • Sound property management experience in complex or large-scale facilities.
  • Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
  • Excellent client service, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
