Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development initiatives and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM systems, technology trends, and industry expertise.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the business and development teams on technology trends and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with solution/platform architects to ensure integration of data and information components, and alignment of resources to the enterprise strategy.
  • Work closely with the Operation lead, developers, and the business to ensure successful execution of large, complex development projects.
  • Liaise with the Practice Manager to develop operational readiness strategies, product road map, and assess business impacts for new requirements.
  • Identify emerging trends, thought leadership in software development, and introduce these to the project as well as the enterprise.

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive CRM (Salesforce) product experience with a broad range of technical leadership experience, within the insurance and/or the banking/financial services sector.
  • Extensive experience in CRM business requirement, solution design, and or Salesforce implementation as a senior functional consultant.
  • Demonstrated experience towards design and development of medium to large scale CRM (Salesforce) or technology deployments.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce platform as a functional lead.
