Accounts Payable Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Osborne Park. This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a mix of finance and administration skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable duties, including processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records in the accounting system.

You will work closely with directors and managers to ensure smooth daily operations while keeping everything organized and running efficiently.

  • Process invoices, match purchase orders, and maintain accurate records in the accounting system
  • Respond to supplier and subcontractor queries via phone and email
  • Prepare payments, reconcile creditor accounts, and manage remittance advice
  • Support with purchase order management and invoice analysis across journal accounts
  • Handle kitchen duties, mail collection, archiving, and general administrative tasks as rostered
  • Assist with parcel packaging and shipping, spreadsheet maintenance, and banking tasks
  • Provide backup support across admin functions and process credit applications

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial software packages and systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and helpful approach to day-to-day support tasks
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
