WesTrac is seeking an **Accounts Payable Officer** to join our dynamic team on a 10-month full-time, fixed-term basis at our South Guildford office.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing and timely payment of vendor invoices and credit notes.

The role ensures alignment between purchase orders and invoices, escalating concerns to the Accounts Payable Manager as needed. Joining this team means being part of a group committed to excellence in financial operations.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related positions
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Advanced time management, planning, and organisational abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities to achieve goals
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively, while also capable of working autonomously and delivering results independently
